As an iTC client, you will receive on-site support. No additional call out fees, no hourly charges and no hidden payments. So, if our engineer is on site 30 minutes or 2 hours, there are no additional costs to our customers.
Remote support resolves a significant proportion of our clients’ IT issues. If a problem can’t be resolved by our engineers remotely then a site visit is arranged immediately. iTC appreciate that businesses simply can’t afford ‘down time’ and a resolution must be achieved as soon as possible.
